Janan has been working in IB schools since 2011 specializing in learning support/special educational needs (SEN) in the early years. She worked in finance before switching careers to education and has never looked back since.

Janan was born and raised in Dubai, originally from Bangalore, India. She has teaching experience in India, Dubai and Ireland. She holds a Masters in Special Education Needs and Inclusion from Northampton University, UK. She strives to support the unique learning journeys of children, with a special interest in Personal Social Educational Development.
